• Certified pre-owned devices
• PTA-approved smartphones

Product listings are subject to:

• Availability (displayed stock may vary)
• Pricing adjustments (due to market/currency fluctuations)
• Occasional specification errors (we reserve correction rights)

Order & Payment

Valid orders require:

• Complete purchase process via Website/WhatsApp
• Payment confirmation (for non-COD orders)
• Verification SMS/email acknowledgment

Accepted Payments:

• Cash on Delivery (selected cities)
• Bank TransferBank Transfer
• Easypaisa/JazzCash
  Note: Non-PTA devices require full advance payment

Delivery Policy

 Service Standards:

• 2-5 business days for in-stock items
• Variable shipping charges by location
• Courier delays are excluded from our liability.

Returns & Warranty

Return Eligibility:

• Technical defects reported within 24 hours
• Unopened products in original packaging
• Customer-induced damage/misuse

Warranty Coverage:

• New: Apple’s international warranty applies
• Pre-owned: As specified per product listing
  Exclusions: Liquid damage, physical alterations

PTA Compliance

Approved Devices:

• Fully registered with PTA
• Include compliance documentation

Non-PTA Devices:

• Require customer registration
• WiFi functionality only in Pakistan

User Obligations
Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized commercial use
• Any illegal exploitation of services

MacTech excludes liability for:

• Indirect/consequential damages
• Third-party service failures
